Thomas P. Kahn

Tom Kahn brings more than 35 years of industry experience, professionalism and a focus on service to each project. Tom founded Kahn Construction in 1990, building on his previous work experiences as Director of Construction for a large Denver-based general contractor, and as an owner, project manager, superintendent and carpenter in the residential construction industry.

Kevin P. Kahn

Project Manager / Estimator

Kevin oversees the project management and financial functions of the company with the well-rounded perspective of someone who has worked in the field as  laborer, carpenter and superintendent, as well as having worked as both project manager and estimator. Kevin has developed expertise in all aspects of construction during his 15 year career. His background, education (BS in Business Administration), and strong organizational management skills result in a capable, well balanced management team.

Kristy Maestas

Controller

With over 20 years experience in construction business accounting and financial management, Kristy provides full controller function to Kahn Construction overseeing all payroll, and accounts payable and receivable. Working closely with the Project Managers and project team staff, she also oversees the financial tracking, management and reporting for all projects, utilizing both BIS accounting system (Builders Information System) and QuickBooks. Kristy joined Kahn Construction in 1999, building on her Accounting degree and the experience she gained working as bookkeeper for several construction subcontractors in earlier years of her career.
